Vehicle Check In
This is where we take down the vehicles condition and gather all information so we know that the vehicle is returned to you as it should be

Blueprint
This is where we draw a repair plan on your vehicle to give our staff a visual plan of the works to be carried out

Strip
Your vehicle is stripped down in full, any additional work captured and parts matched

Repair and QC
Your vehicle will undergo alignment, structural repairs and panel repairs, ensuring that work is carried out to our high standard

Prime and Paint Preperation
This is where your vehicle will have all panels prepped for the paint process to make sure the final coat is the best possible

Paint and QC
Our highly skilled technicians apply the base coat and top coat to give your vehicle to best looking finish

Refit and QC
Your vehicle is reassembled and electronics tested. Quality Checks are performed by Management, ensuring all work has been completed to our high standards

Detail

Being environmentally friendly is a priority for us so we use a water based paint which is one of the many things we have implemented to help do our bit for the environment.
We use and recommend Standoblue which is a product from the Axalta range.

Initial Contact
Once you make your claim with your insurance company they will send us your details, from there we will contact you to confirm an assessment booking.

Assessment Booking
You will get to meet our team and be introduced to your claim manager. Your claim manager will assess all damages on your vehicle and discuss the full process from here.

Repair Booking
Your claim manager will discuss a mutually convenient time for you to have your repairs undertaken. In most cases we can book you in for repairs at the time of your assessment.

Vehicle Drop Off
You will drop your vehicle off for repairs and discuss any further queries you may have.
